About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment & Retention Manager to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future workforce needs, using short-term and long-range forecasts to build recruitment plans.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through offline sourcing methods, including social media, professional networking, and industry partnerships.
- Build constructive working relationships with vocational institutions, industry partners, and stakeholders to engage them in the hiring process.
- Develop and recommend programs and services in the area of recruitment and retention, supporting the development and refinement of our employer brand.
- Provide communication and training to the leadership team related to talent requisition and retention programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think independently and implement new infrastructure for creative recruitment programs.
- Experience with ATS, Social Media, LinkedIn, and Indeed tools.
- Proven experience developing effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.
