Recruitment & Retention Manager

We're seeking a talented Recruitment & Retention Manager to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, an Autograph by Marriott resort nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.
About the RoleAs a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, developing and implementing effective retention strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our employer brand and attracting top talent from across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business needs, leveraging a range of sourcing strategies and tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure seamless talent acquisition and retention processes.
- Design and implement innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to showcase our employer brand and attract top candidates.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and refine our talent management strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, employees, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ATS, social media, and other recruitment tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
