We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at A-1 Trusses Ltd. as a key member of our logistics department.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute inventory replenishment, manage vendor relationships, and optimize supply chain operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain performance, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train inventory control staff, providing guidance on inventory management best practices and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes, implement cost-saving initiatives, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
