Job Title: Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team at the CFDC of the North Okanagan. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in evaluating the delivery of social and community service programs, administering programs for non-governmental organizations, and providing coaching to individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social and community service programs
  • Administer programs for non-governmental organizations involved in social issues
  • Provide coaching and support to individuals
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage a large caseload
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
