About the Role

CFDC of the North Okanagan is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating the delivery of social and community service programs, administering programs for non-governmental organizations involved with social issues, and providing coaching services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social and community service programs
  • Administer programs for non-governmental organizations involved with social issues
  • Provide coaching services to individuals and groups
  • Work with community partners to develop and implement programs
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop service plans
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • Work setting: Community and social services
  • Security and safety: Criminal record check and vulnerable sector check
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, large workload, large caseload, and tight deadlines
  • Personal suitability: Accurate, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, and proactive
