Job Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients' organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring their satisfaction by enhancing service delivery and proactively addressing their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of their accounts
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of any issues or concerns raised by clients
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service and communication
  • Oversee the adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each client
  • Participate in due diligence visits with prospective clients
  • Identify opportunities to expand our services and offerings to existing clients
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in fund administration or asset management
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of fund administration processes and regulations
