About the Role

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for calculating payroll cheques, keeping financial records, and balancing accounts using manual and computerized systems. They will also post journal entries, prepare statistical and financial reports, and reconcile accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, QuickBooks, and Sage Accounting Software

NLI Solutions offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment. The estimated salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
