Job Title: Human Resources Associate
Company: Global Business Leader
Hays Human Resources is partnering with our client, a global business leader, as they expand their Human Resources team by hiring an experienced Human Resources Associate.
The organization is a global business leader with over 50 years of experience in asset management.
They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Associate to join their team at the corporate head office.
Responsibilities:
- Input payroll transactions into Workday
- Provide guidance and support on HR administrative queries
- Facilitate staff changes and prepare contract extension letters
- Initiate claims and coordinate internship programs
- Process invoices for the HR team
- Handle other projects as needed
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
- Post-secondary education related to HR, including a CHRP
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Workday or similar software
- Client-service oriented and comfortable supporting all levels of employees
- Strong executive presence and polished presentation skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment
Compensation Package:
The Human Resources Associate will receive a competitive compensation package with base salary, bonus, vacation, benefits, and RRSP. This role offers growth opportunities within the company to advance to a Human Resources Manager position.
