About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Transit Subways Project Manager to spearhead significant multi-year projects. This role involves working closely with clients and technical teams on transformative subway initiatives, particularly in urban settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage diverse project teams.
  • Ensure effective transit station design.
  • Leverage experience with Metrolinx or TTC projects.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and the community.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of planning and design options.
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Support business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Registered Architect or Engineer in Ontario (or eligible for immediate registration).
  • At least 15 years of experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams for assessments and design projects.
  • Strong collaborative skills with clients and external partners.
  • Experience in business development and proposal writing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work at a project office on a flexible schedule.
