About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Internal Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our Internal Solutions Center (ISC), you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring policies and procedures are within the guidelines set by our service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ISC team with understanding, troubleshooting, and research assistance of member transactions.
  • Play a key role in proactively identifying and handling risks.
  • Administer GL reconciliations, remittances report views, and balancing.
  • Interact with team members, retail branches, and other corporate services departments to provide support, input, knowledge, and feedback.
  • Proactively identify and research the best solutions that meet our members' needs and improve their financial well-being.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of Registered Products. Applicants currently obtaining this knowledge will be considered.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service orientation, communication, and organizational skills.
