Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Internal Solutions Specialist to join our team at Conexus Credit Union. As a key member of our Internal Solutions Center, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our members, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our ISC team with understanding, troubleshooting, and research assistance of member transactions
  • Play a key role in proactively identifying and handling risks
  • Administer GL reconciliations, remittances report views, and balancing
  • Interact with team members, retail branches, and other corporate services departments to provide support, input, knowledge, and feedback
  • Proactively identify and research the best solutions that meet our members' needs and improve their financial well-being
  • Yearend submissions for CRA
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of Registered Products. Applicants currently obtaining this knowledge will be considered.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation, communication, and organizational skills
