Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects designing and implementing SAP solutions for the Nutrien Ag Solutions Order to Cash business function.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to align technology with business strategy by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs.
  • Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Work with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements, follow SAP best practices, and enrich the user experience.
  • Architect and design SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensure integrity of design through implementation.
  • Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.
  • Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Order to Cash space through testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Prioritize demand items in the O2C space.
  • Accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery, planning, and execution.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role leading a team of SAP professionals.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven leader who can build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Hands-on functional experience working in SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, SD, GTS.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect.
  • History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.
  • Proven ability in SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget.
  • Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
  • Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including strong presentation skills and experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users.
  • Outcome-driven.
