Job Title: Sr Mgr, SAP Functional Lead, Schedule to Deliver

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr Mgr, SAP Functional Lead, Schedule to Deliver to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects in designing and implementing SAP solutions to support the Nutrien Ag Solutions Schedule to Deliver business function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and lead a team of functional analysts and architects to design and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop a deep understanding of business strategy, process, and needs.
  3. Develop SAP roadmaps, strategies, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
  4. Work with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and follow SAP best practices.
  5. Architect and design SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensure integrity of design through to implementation.
  6. Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.
  7. Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Schedule to Deliver space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices.
  8. Assist with prioritizing demand items in the S2D space.
  9. Accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and execution.
  10. Recruit, develop, and mentor team members.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
  2. Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals.
  3. Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent.
  4. Proven leader that can build and lead a high-performing team.
  5. Hands-on functional experience working in the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, LE.
  6. Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect.
  7. History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.
  8. Proven ability of SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget.
  9. Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
  10. Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment.
  11. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders.
  12. Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff.
  13. Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users.
