Your primary responsibility will be to lead a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects who will design and implement SAP solutions to support the Nutrien Ag Solutions Procure to Pay business function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SAP roadmaps, strategies, and budgets to align with business goals
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology
  • Work with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and best practices
  • Architect and design SAP solutions to meet specific business needs, ensuring integrity of design through to implementation
  • Prioritize demand items in the P2P space and ensure optimized SAP solution delivery
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role, directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to build and lead a high-performing team
  • Hands-on experience working in SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, MM, IM
  • Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect
