Join Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited as a seasoned SAP professional in a strategic leadership role. We're seeking an accomplished Sr Mgr, SAP Functional Lead, Record to Report who can drive business success through innovative SAP solutions.

About the Role:

  1. We are looking for a highly experienced SAP professional to lead our Record to Report team and develop and implement strategic SAP solutions to support our business goals.
  2. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth of Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited.
  3. You will be responsible for working closely with senior business leaders to identify business needs and developing effective SAP solutions that meet those needs.
  4. Your expertise in SAP solution design and delivery will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

About You:

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery, with a strong background in S/4HANA FICO, SD, MM & PP.
  • As a proven leader, you have successfully led teams in previous roles, driving project delivery and achieving business objectives.
  • Your undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field will serve as a solid foundation for your career.
  • You possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills, and are able to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
  • At least 3 years in a senior lead role leading a team of SAP professionals.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA FICO, SD, MM & PP, including hands-on functional experience.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect.
  • Ability to design complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.
  • Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
  • Strategic and flexible thinker with ability to implement timely and workable solutions in a dynamic environment.
