About the Role:

The Territory Sales Manager - Western Canada (Saskatchewan and Manitoba) is a key member of our sales team at 360. This role is responsible for the sale of our digital marketing solutions, including our websites, e-commerce solutions, and CRM-Desking suite, to automotive and motorsports dealerships in Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales calls to potential customers (car dealerships) to sign recurring revenue contracts.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to adapt sales demonstrations to the dealer's business processes.
  • Report activities, sales opportunities, and territory analyzes using our Salesforce system.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitors' prices, products, and news.
  • Advise on changes in products, services, and policies, evaluating results and competitive development.
  • Maintain professional knowledge and technical savvy through educational workshops, professional publications, and professional connections with clients and associations.
  • Provide historical data and maintain sales and region records.
  • Contribute to the team effort to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technology sales (B2B) in a quota-carrying role.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Experience and knowledge in the automotive industry is not a prerequisite but an important asset.
