Job Opportunity:
The Sales Representative role at Beam Suntory is a dynamic position that requires a strong understanding of the beverage alcohol industry and excellent sales and marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory objectives and promote Beam Suntory brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with National Key Accounts, Regional Key Accounts, Private Retail, and On-Trade customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
- Manage budgets and resources to maximize territory results and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 16-18kgs on a regular basis.
- Minimum of 2 years previously related sales experience, preferably in CPG.
