We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Arts Program Manager to join our team at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for the project management of an assigned portfolio of projects primarily related to the Performing Arts program delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, scopes, and schedules for assigned programs and events, ensuring alignment with Banff Centre's values and strategic objectives.
- Manage day-to-day project management for assigned programs, including resource allocation, quality control, and implementation of arts and leadership programming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes for communicating and reporting on program milestones, key deliverables, updates, and risk mitigation.
- Align resource requests, planning, and allocation for programs within approved plans and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate and/or participate in regular program and events planning review and evaluation, ensuring the highest ethical standards in project implementation activities.
- 5+ years of proven program management experience, preferably within a creative environment.
- University degree in an arts discipline or related area of study.
- Strong arts background in Performing Arts (theatre, dance, and/or opera).
- Experience building and managing programming budgets.
- Proven analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of program and events, marketing, promotion, and production.
- A competitive salary range of $67,367-$100,039.
