Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at St. Louis Bar & Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage staff performance to ensure high-quality service and food quality.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for our restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Plan and manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Fluency in English.
