Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at St. Louis Bar & Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Operations: Monitor and control daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Assist in the management of restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in restaurant management software.
