Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at St. Louis Bar & Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage staff performance to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for our restaurant.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to meet business objectives.
- 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
