Job Summary

The Business Operations Assistant Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Budgeting and Finance: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between teams, departments, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, develop and implement new procedures, and monitor their effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business operations, management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Security Clearance: Bondable, Basic Security Clearance, Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance, Confidential Security Clearance, Secret Clearance, Top Secret Clearance.
  • Language: English ( fluency required).
  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
