Aerosports Trampoline Park is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and customers.
About the Job- We are looking for an individual with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Provide technical assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software applications, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation on technical procedures and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
