Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Rosecourt Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the motel.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate for this position.
