Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Rosecourt Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and standing for extended periods.
