Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Rosecourt Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance of our motel's facilities, equipment, and systems, ensuring that they are in good working order and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
