Job Title: Motel Managing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Rosecourt Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Client Focus: Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure that their requirements are met.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and work under pressure.
