Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Lemon Grill, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres.
