Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Tim Horton's Windsor. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Hire and supervise food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
