Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Tim Horton's Windsor. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory
- Supervise and coordinate the assembly of food trays
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
