Your role:

  • Open commercial files and assist clients with a variety of transactions.
  • Perform checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the various partners involved in files (account managers, treasury managers, legal advisors, etc.).
  • Devise solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
  • Work with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools.

Your team:

As a member of the Specialized Groupe sector, you'll be part of a large team that stands out for its exceptional level of collaboration. You'll report to the Manager Sales Support, Spécialized Groupe. In addition to maintaining relationships with clients and team members, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with experts in your group.

Prerequisites:

  • Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses.
  • Knowledge of LIS, PH, and ICOP applications, a plus.
  • Good sense of initiative and good level of autonomy.
