We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our Desjardins Agent Team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and revenue.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Property & Casualty license (preferred) and Life insurance license within 90 days.
