Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized sales support to customers, identifying their needs and recommending products and services that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products, providing expert knowledge to customers and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
