Sales Representative

This position is responsible for maximizing sales of TKM products using technical, industry, and customer-level knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying our products to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth
- Prospect for new business opportunities through visits and negotiations
- Closing sales by negotiating terms and agreements with customers
- Collect and analyze market and customer information to inform sales strategies
- Negotiate variations in price, delivery, and specifications with customer support
- Provide customers with information on forthcoming product developments
- Liaise with customer support to track the progress of existing orders
- Review and improve own sales performance to meet or exceed targets
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
- Provide feedback to management on future buying trends
- Act as a technical resource to customers as needed
- Travel a minimum 60% within the region with some limited international travel
- Rapid decision-making and a flat hierarchy

4-5 years of professional experience in the sale of products requiring technical explanation is an advantage.
