Job Summary:

The Route Service Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts in the Rental Division. This role involves driving a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. The successful candidate will be the face of Cintas to our customers, building rapport with key decision makers, ensuring quality standards, and proactively solving customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental items
  • Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure quality standards and resolve any concerns

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid driver's license in good standing
  • Meet the physical requirements of the position
  • Hold a High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
  • Be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
  • Have a positive attitude, along with ambition, organization, and a service spirit
