Job Title: Ho Chair in Prostate Cancer Research

The Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto and the Division of Medical Oncology and Hematology at the University Health Network (UHN) are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join their team. The successful candidate will hold the K.Y. Ho Chair in Prostate Cancer Research and will be responsible for leading research initiatives in early phase therapeutics and clinical genomics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research in early phase therapeutics and clinical genomics with a focus on GU cancers
  • Develop and implement innovative clinical trials and research programs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patients with solid tumor malignancies
  • Engage in clinical, translational, or basic research
  • Teach at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels
Requirements:
  • Medical Oncology specialist designation
  • Eligibility for a full-time clinical academic appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher
  • Registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
  • MD and FRCPC qualifications
