Salary Information
This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role
As a Research Analyst I, you will play a crucial role in supporting Cancer Genomics Program initiatives by collecting and managing clinical research data. Your responsibilities will include ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance, and performing administrative tasks. This hybrid position involves both on-site and remote work, allowing for a flexible and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect clinical research data for studies in support of Cancer Genomics Program initiatives
• Review medical charts for relevant information and record clinical research data in electronic case report forms (eCRFs)
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data collected
• Perform study-related administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, taking minutes, obtaining signatures, and preparing submissions to the Research Ethics Board
• Interpret applicable regulations to ensure compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum completion of a Bachelor's degree program or recognized equivalent in Health or Science-Related Discipline
• Demonstrated relevant clinical research knowledge and skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software applications
• Experience in oncology, clinical trials, medical terminology, and regulatory issues involving human subjects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational, prioritization, and computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure, attend to details, and perform duties in a professional and courteous manner
• Certification as a Clinical Research Professional is an asset
