Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering and Innovation to lead our technical strategy and drive the development of AI-powered solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for shaping our technical vision, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality products that serve millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a technical strategy that aligns with Intuit's business goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver AI-powered solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product management, design, and partnerships to drive customer outcomes and business growth.
  • Partner with senior engineering leaders to influence organizational decisions and build strong engineering teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform our technical strategy and drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing engineering organization that delivers quality products and services.
  • Actively engage with external developer and partner communities to accelerate innovation and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in the software industry, with a strong background in AI, machine learning, and software development.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services that serve millions of customers.
  • Experience leading and influencing large distributed product development efforts.
  • Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to drive innovation and technical strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Computer Science or related bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

What We Offer

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $253,500 - $342,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
