Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant of Canada. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Provide customer service and lead by example.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude.
