Job Title: Community Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Pharmacist to join our team at HWP Rx Health-Med Pharmacy.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services in a community pharmacy setting. This includes advising customers on the selection and use of non-prescription medication, checking prescriptions for proper dosage, and maintaining medication profiles of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise customers on the selection and use of non-prescription medication
  • Check prescriptions for proper dosage
  • Maintain medication profiles of customers
  • Manage the storage, packaging, and distribution of medicinal products
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of other pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and staff
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy Examining Boards of Canada Certification
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Basic security clearance
  • Criminal record check
