About the RoleIn this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences by listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, and estate planning requirements. You'll work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals.
As a Senior Banking Advisor, you will also have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and provide guidance on complex financial situations. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be essential in building trust and establishing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Provide expert advice on investment options, mortgage financing, and other financial services to help clients make informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of client services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain knowledgeable about the latest products and services available to clients.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent qualification.
- A mutual fund representative (MFR) licence is mandatory; if not already held, it must be obtained within three months of hiring.
- Proven experience in advisory services, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
