Laboratory Technician

Job Summary
At Dynacare, we are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our test results.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and process blood and other specimens from patients, adhering to strict quality control measures.
- Perform routine laboratory procedures, including urine collections and specimen preparations.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and control data.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless laboratory operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Laboratory Technician program or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
