Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at Kaayu Technologies. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for estimating projects and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit project estimates for tender projects;
  • Participate in the management of contracts obtained;
  • Manage project costs and assess profitability;
  • Respond to technical requests from construction sites;
  • Perform other tasks related to project management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction engineering;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering works;
  • Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec;
  • Precise knowledge of construction rules, policies, and procedures;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project;
  • Bilingual French and English (spoken and written) is an asset.
