Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at Kaayu Technologies. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing projects from tender to execution, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit tender projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in the management of contracts, including cost control and profitability assessment.
  • Respond to technical requests from construction sites, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Perform other tasks as required, aligned with your duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering works.
  • Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec.
  • Precise knowledge of construction rules, policies, procedures, laws, and standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Bilingual French and English (spoken and written) is an asset.
