Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at Kaayu Technologies. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing projects from tender to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit tender projects, ensuring accurate estimates and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage contracts obtained, overseeing project execution, cost control, and profitability assessment.
  • Respond to technical requests from construction sites, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Perform other tasks compatible with your duties, as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering works.
  • Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec.
  • Precise and complete knowledge of rules, policies, procedures, laws, and standards in the field of construction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Bilingual French and English (spoken and written) will be considered an asset.
Salary and Conditions:
