We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at Kaayu Technologies, a leading construction contractor specializing in civil engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the estimation and management of projects from tender to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimation and Tendering: Prepare and submit detailed estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Contract Management: Collaborate with the construction project manager to manage contracts, track progress, and identify potential issues.
  • Cost Management: Analyze and manage project costs, assessing profitability and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as required to support the project management team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
  • Professional Qualifications: Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec.
  • Skills: Precise and complete knowledge of construction rules, policies, procedures, laws, and standards.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual French and English (spoken and written) is an asset.
