The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation management, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role. They will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs that drive business performance and maintain competitiveness.

The Director of Total Rewards and Compensation will lead job evaluation processes, including job analysis, job descriptions, and job grading. They will also develop and manage the compensation budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing compensation programs, including salary bands/structures, annual merit increases, bonus programs, and executive compensation packages.
  • Planning and administering long and short-term equity programs and executive programs.
  • Conducting analysis and benchmarking of compensation data against market standards to maintain competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensuring all compensation practices comply with federal and local laws and regulations.
