At Intello Technologies Inc., we're seeking a visionary Sales Manager to lead our Intelligent Spaces and Security team to new heights of achievement and innovation. As a key member of our Commercial Business Security team, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and shaping the future of our industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a national team of Sales Specialists to provide pre-sales support and drive profitable revenue growth.
- Develop and execute cutting-edge strategies to drive long-term business outcomes and create unparalleled value.
- Provide personalized coaching to team members to enhance performance and leverage our world-class Premier Sales organization methodology.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with sales and other key stakeholders to drive strategy refinement and solution development.
- Act as a strong ambassador for Intello Technologies Inc. and uphold the values and behaviors of a leader in the business and throughout the extended community.

Experience That Sets You Apart:
- 5+ years of leadership experience: Leading successful sales teams with a focus on relationship management.
- 10+ years of proven sales expertise: In the IT/Security industry or related sectors.
- Track record of engaging with C-suite stakeholders: Driving impactful outcomes.
- Developed network of Sr Leaders.

Salary Range: $101,000-$151,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: $60,000-80,000
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, Intello Technologies Inc. offers rewarding benefits such as:
