Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at TOPWEST CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure the successful completion of residential construction projects.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Training and Development: Oversee apprenticeship training and provide guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to ensure the right talent is in place.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
Personal Suitability:
  • Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills to provide clear instructions and feedback.
