Job Title: Executive Assistant to the President

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the President and the President's Office.

About the Role:

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the President, including managing the President's calendar, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and preparing reports and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Prepare reports and correspondence for the President
  • Provide administrative support to the President's Office, including managing documents and files
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the President's Office
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of executive administrative experience
  • Completed a post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong public relations skills and ability to interact with senior leaders
  • Confident and self-assured with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
